As a toddler, the only VHS tape that would hold her interest was a show about baby animals, and the "scary" parts of My Little Pony bothered her, because she didn't want the animals to be in pain or suffer. In fifth grade, she thought she'd be a marine biologist or work with birds. In high school, her primary hobby was riding horses. Her companion childhood dog, "Hershey," left a lasting impression. She loved going up north to her grandmother's place on the Au Sable River, and enjoying nature. In college, it became clear, the signs had all pointed to it... she should become a veterinarian! She first completed her Associate's Degree, and then her Bachelor's Degree in Zoology. Then, she obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree, as well as her Master's Degree in Health Care Administration. She likes problem-solving difficult medical cases, providing routine wellness care to keep our companions healthy, and performing surgeries. Off duty, she stays busy with her family. She and her husband, two young kids, their dog "Becca" reside in Wolverine Lake.
